Xbox Store says I already own Control Resonant after cancelling purchase
Hey everyone,
I purchased Control Resonant from the Xbox Store, but I accidentally used the wrong card for the purchase, so I cancelled and refund was a success.
Now I’m trying to purchase the game again with the correct card, but the Xbox Store says “You already own this.” I can’t purchase it again.
It’s been 17 days since I cancelled the original purchase, and the game still shows as owned, even though I don’t actually have access to it.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way to get the Xbox Store to remove the cancelled purchase from my account so I can buy the game again?
