Dual blades best gear set pre Zoh shia please for a returnee?

Hey, I'm trying to get back into Wilds and looking for some kind of progression gear setup for dual blades.

I stopped playing right before Zoh Shia was released, im hunter rank 100 and have done all fights before that point.

I was using Gunlance but after coming back i'm getting absolutely bodied so just looking for something more fast paced until i get back into the swing of things.

Please help, everything iv found it just current meta sets. Cheers!
