Honor’s Exchange timeline

I have sent my V6 for an exchange in the UK since it had hinge issues (Not sure if it’s a problem, but I felt a little friction, so thought not to take risk), and it’s been 10 days, haven’t heard anything from them.

Has anyone else did Exchange with Honor in the past, if so how long do they take to send a replacement unit?
