Anyone ever experience the "ping pong" effect from accessory navicular pain?

Hi everyone! I'm a 27 year old and I've been on a 3 month long journey with pretty bad pain around the my accessory navicular area. It started in my left foot around the accessory navicular and top of my arch to where I could barely bear weight on it. Went to urgent care and was put on a steroid which seemed to help.... until the same pain in the exact same area was basically copied and pasted to my right foot. Due to my insurance I was only able to go to a Singular foot and ankle specialist appointment due to having to pay out of pocket. She prescribed a new steroid that didn't work as well as the first prescribed by urgent care but it still helped. She also recommended bloodwork for gout, and after looking at those results myself, my levels didn't look too high. Fast forward, now that my right foot has healed for the most part, the exact pain is back in the left. Has anyone ever experienced this before or have similar pain? I'm sort of going crazy here lol. I'm leaning more towards ping pong effect because I have read nothing about gout jumping around from foot to foot almost immediately after one heals. I don't know just thinking out loud and hoping someone on here is more knowledgeable.
