FAKE CLOUDFLAIR

So I encountered a cloudflare that asks you to open cmd , paste a string and enter . And I'm an ideot for falling for that so immediately after the realisation I disconnected the internet and checked the windows defender it had already had stopped one threat and quarantined the other so I removed the quarantined one and ran an offline scan but it didn't flag anything new. Now I'm running a full scan what should I do next?
