Help me understand her brain pls

So me and my ex separated at june at her birthday as we are long distance maybe she might have thought it wouldn’t go far. that i can understand now but she didn’t even say the reason i just assumed this is what she thought. i was down bad for 2 months thinking bout her to a point i did message her and asked asked if we could talk and we did talk at that night and i did ask what happened to us to which she didn’t even answer and to this day i still don’t know what it was, 2 days after that call she messaged me with a HEY to which i said HI, and i was delivered till day before yesterday. she saw the message day before yesterday and she said the exact this HEY, as her chat was archived i didn’t see the message that day. i replied with YEP the next day to which i am till now in delivered. WTF is exactly in her mind, cuz i can’t figure shit out 🥲
