Cmd and the problem list

In Advocate Health/Atrium MyChart, a problem-list item displays as “Preterm infant of 32 completed weeks of gestation (CMD).” What does the (CMD) suffix represent in Advocate’s Epic build? Is it a diagnosis-source/category field, coding system, problem-list class, or something organization-specific?

and can we talk about the Problem List why does it withhold who made your own diagnosis and when? why does it it get treated it needs an act of congress to see who put something in there?
