I have a 100 USD Budget, what would be a few of the best PSUs to go for?

1. Must be at least Semi-Modular

2. At least 650W

3. A reliable PSU (I don't know if saying "good according to the SPL tier list" is enough anymore)

4. Availability on Amazon or other major US online shop sites.

5. I guess any PSU in this price range would be at least 80+ Silver/Gold
