Should i pick E3 or E4?

ive reached the research point for hellcat and jackson, but idk which i prefer more, e4 or e3, im not sure wether to sacrifice armour for turret traverse and mobility, and vice versa, what can i expect out of both of them, i typically play tanks such as t110e5, kran, carro, e50, 50b.. if that helps
