What LN should I recommend my co-workers to read

I'm going to be choosing a Light Novel for my Book Club at work. The club consists of all types of people, different ages, different backgrounds. What would you recommend I choose for my club?

Mostly concerned that a lot of them prefer to read physical books and living in the US, I don't think we can rent/borrow any light novels through the library system... any advice on that would be nice too.

I'm thinking Monogatari or FMA. Serious answers only pls, obviously nothing NSFW.
