Looking for App/Website designed for monthly giving to charities/nonprofits/goodcauses

I want to set up monthly giving, looking for a App or Website I can select organizations/people and have my card linked so that every month the money I give is divvied up and sent to 10-20 different good causes.

Is there such an app, and does it cover local nonprofits all the way up to global effort non profits? If not can someone get on designing that, a'ha thanks.
