Getting direct admission in IBS Hyderabad as a working professional

I got a contact of a person who is giving direct admission in IBS hyderabad and other campuses. He has started sharing me questions for the 2027 MBA intake. Main campus is promised, he is charging a bit more but I am assured I am a working professional and at a very bad working environment which restricts my study time. I am sure by this month that I cannot get more than 50-60 percentile in CAT. Therefore I have thought of going with this option. And the person is legit he made me speak to current and passed out students. Please share your thoughts.

My qualifications - I have 4 years of work experience in IT finance and passed out in 2020 btech
