Should I come???

I got into a very mid mediocre college under delhi university for bcom. It's a verryyyyy midddd college. I'm thinking of taking admission in chandigarh university mohali campus. It's campus is beautiful plus their freshers and fests are good too. But already heard many bad reviews from people studying there that they are regretting it, but I might regret being in a mid DU college.

Seniors or cu and students there please help me what should I do where should I go???
