Honest Dentist for dental excision/implant around downtown LA?

I have a right front tooth that broke off, the tooth needs to be removed and I need an implant.

I have had experience with scammy dentists who overcharge and would like to avoid this at all costs.

Does anyone know a good, honest, patient, non scammy Dentist who does this work around the downtown LA area? I have pretty good dental insurance.
