Unbiased idea about what is happening with KSEB ?

What is actually going on with Electric board right now ? Iirc scheduled power cuts was happening couple months before the elections itself but the media perception is wasn’t that bad as it of now. So what is happening ? Why can’t we buy more electricity ? Or why couldn’t we use the existing Solar Power plants into the grid ?
