Tadafili Bloat or bunked gear

Hey guys I’m on 5mg per day of Tadafili (docs recommendations) and feeling extremely bloated which last for hours. Not sure if it’s the Tad or the bunked gear I just got given (test E black market ) side note: I’m on TRT with clinic but the stuffed up my supply and I can’t get any for a month hence why I’m obtaining stuff from another source.
