Need help in guiding my younger brother whose planning to buy his first bike.

I am not a bike enthusiast. My brother is in his mid-twenties, earns upwards of 50k pm (barely 2 months in his new job).. He has started following bikes and becoming an enthusiast in the last 6 months. Honestly I would generally mind my own business but when he told me that he is planning to buy some BMW bike on emi worth 3-3.5 lakhs on emi, I thought I would atleast make sure he doesn't make a wrong purchase (honestly I would have advised him to invest rather than starting to splurge on superbikes just when he is starting his career, that too his very first bike but that conversation will catapult him even more towards buying it sooner than later.. Maybe because we're 7 years apart and he thinks having a bike is more important than having a personal medical insurance).

Anyway -

Assuming he is planning on buying it in a few months time, can someone please help me with which are decent bikes in the current market and which are a sure shot NO. Maybe some kind of a list of top 3 bikes? Or maybe how I can make him understand to go for a cheaper bike for now and later when he gains some riding experience he can go get a superbike?

I have seen multiple car reviews on motorinc first and think it is a decent channel for guidance on bikes too but my brother doesn't have the patience to go through each bike video. I have asked him to take a lot of test drives before finalizing any bike.

Honestly mixed thoughts while writing this but any guidance would be helpful. Thanks!
