If you had 1 million, what option would you choose?

1. Would you use it to pay down payment for 4 different properties so it can give you a good monthly cash flow and diversify location based problems

2. Or you would invest all as a down payment in one property in tier 1 location

3. Or buy a property for self use and save on rent that you are paying.
