Looking for recommendations for the best plastic surgeon in Delhi/NCR for breast lift after major weight loss + axillary breast tissue removal

Hi everyone,

I’m 27F and looking for recommendations for a very good plastic surgeon in Delhi/NCR, ideally someone with substantial experience in breast surgery after significant weight loss.

I lost around 24 kg, from 89 kg to 65 kg, and although I’m very happy with the weight loss, I’ve been left with quite significant sagging/deflation of my breasts, loose skin, stretch marks, and noticeable axillary/accessory breast tissue under my arms. Exercise and strength training haven’t made any meaningful difference to these issues, so I’m now seriously considering surgery.

At this stage, I think I may need some combination of a mastopexy/breast lift and treatment of the axillary tissue through excision and/or liposuction, but I haven’t decided on the exact procedure and would like to consult several surgeons before making a decision. I’m also not automatically looking for implants — I’d prefer a surgeon who will objectively discuss whether a lift alone, auto-augmentation using my own breast tissue, fat grafting, implants, or another approach would make the most sense for my anatomy.

I’m particularly interested in hearing from women who have had surgery after substantial weight loss, rather than standard breast augmentation alone.

Did the surgeon recommend implants, and if so, did you feel they were genuinely necessary or were they being pushed?

Were you happy with your breast shape and symmetry after healing?

How noticeable are your scars now?

Did you experience any loss of nipple sensation?

Any complications such as wound opening, infection, seroma, asymmetry, poor scarring or recurrent sagging?

How was the surgeon’s post-operative care and availability if something went wrong?

Did the surgeon personally perform the important parts of the operation, or was a lot delegated to assistants?

I’d also really appreciate recommendations for other surgeons in Delhi/NCR, particularly female plastic surgeons with a strong breast/body-contouring practice.

I’m much more interested in genuine patient experiences than Google/Practo ratings because it can be difficult to know which reviews are organic. If you had a negative experience, I’d really appreciate hearing about that too — even by DM if you don’t want to name the surgeon publicly.
