DFS in Utah?

Can I participate in DFS through Fanduel or Draftkings while living in Utah? I just want to pick the lineup of players to score the most points and try to win money that way, no betting on the outcomes or parlays or anything. When I google and research this issue, there is no clear cut answer. Apparently they operate in a “gray area” where we actually can play DFS and nothing else? Obviously Utah has these strict no gambling laws and there is no sports betting due to it. From what I am reading up on, we can legally play and earn money from DFS because it’s in some gray area of it being skill and the state doesn’t actually care and is not cracking down on it. Please someone enlighten me on your knowledge/opinion of this. I want to play DFS but will I receive payment and be all good? I’m about to deposit some money and play some DFS lineups for NFL week 1. Thanks.
