Every Abyss map I run trying to finish my atlas tree is bugged? One pit doesn't spawn and it doesn't "finish" the abyss.

I have 4 points left for abyss and every single time I try the map it doesn't spawn one of the pits. I tried the "trick" for switching the node point to "any faction" but it still doesn't work. Anyone able to complete all of their abyss points? I wish I could just refund all the abyss points and try and run the maps, but there's no way to refund atlas points.... I've tried like 15 maps and every single time the final pit doesn't spawn. I've tried moving all over the place, logging out, etc.
