Started Clomipramine last night (10pm) Woke up at 2 am to throw up and shaking

Hi!

I was JUST put in clomipramine (25mg) yesterday and took my first dose at 10pm last night. I woke up around 2am, had horrible diarrhea, was sweating profusely, shaking and then I threw up. After throwing up the shaking/sweating stopped, but I’m really scared I have serotonin syndrome, do I need to go to the hospital? I also take Buspirone (15mg 4 times per day) and Lorazepam (1mg at bedtime). I had been taking L-thiamine and a GABA supplement but stopped those yesterday per the advice of my med provider because my OCD/anxiety has gotten way worse. If the hospital can be avoided, that would be great, but I also know that if I need to go I need to go. Any help or guidance is appreciated!
