Why Modi and BJP is doing extreme appeasment on ambedkarites? and making the attrocity act more stringent & increasing the compensation despite the top courts mentioning the gross minsuse. Also before people rejoice its anti bramhin, most of the victim in such cases are from OBC groups.

Why is BJP going that way? BJP's core idea was hinduvta that means unite all hindus under single banner.
why they are making such laws and making them super strong, removing clauses like anticipatory bail.
I m in legal field and the gross misuse is immense, people put FIRs under that act due to 1000s of reasons. Be it property dispute, land dispute , money dispute, boss and employee dispute etc etc even in relationship cases and love proposal rejection.

since 2018 govt has removed the mandatory premilinary inquiry and anticipatory bail, so you can be arrested with just a complaint. And bail is really tough in the case, also the accuser gets money upto 16 lakh on various stages of the cases.

whereas the govt has not taken any any any action when things like bramhin ki beti uhtao and all those bad things are said from open stage, not a single FIR nothing.

Slogans like bramhin baniya bharat choddo are written on the walls of JNU, bramhin teri kabra khudegi was written in BHU. Arent they genocidal calls?

A person have taken 20000 from me for help, i gave him, i never knew his caste identity. now he has only returned me 1000 and is saying that he will file case under sc/st act , if i file FIR on him about not returning my money.

who will give me the 20000 back?
did i discriminate with him?

if there was an anticipatory bail clause like it was pre 2018,
and preliminary enquiry clause like it was there pre 2016-18

I would have said , go on file the case and i will file complaint about my money

but now, if he fies an FIR , i will be put up in jail, later things will happen i will be heard, but first it will be jail. and this is done by modi and bjp
