Its not doing ANYTHING. What is ur “losing the magic” story

Im curious to post this here because i havent heard it talked about. Im 26 and only heavy drinking for a couple years on and off.

In the past year i get no help sleeping from alc and no enjoyable buzz. Zero euphoria or cool feeling. I know tolerance this tolerance that but taking more doesnt reintroduce what a buzz used to feel like, in fact i feel almost completely sober even if my functioning is still drunken. Its lame cause this is happening right as the same thing started with weed. But at least w weed i can take more and it will get me there. This alcohol tolerance is something else like dxm where the magic is straight up gone. I have to stop cause its literally only doing harm now. Maybe its silly but i always figured alcohol was consistent effects, even if u have to take more and more. The effects are gone, its all gone
