Suggest me a good girls PG

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a girls PG around Thoraipakkam, Perungudi, Kandanchavadi or nearby areas.

My requirements:

👩 Girls PG only

🛏️ Twin sharing preferred

🚿 Attached bathroom preferred, ideally a bathroom shared only by the two people in the room

❄️ AC is preferred, but non-AC is also okay

🍳 Self-cooking is preferred — a proper/common kitchen where residents are actually allowed to cook

🍱 If self-cooking isn't available, food quality and hygiene are very important. Please suggest PGs where the food is genuinely good and hygienic.

💰 Maximum budget: ₹10,000/month INCLUDING electricity/EB, water, maintenance and other regular charges.

📅 Looking for October 2026 move-in

🧹 Clean, safe and comfortable place with decent maintenance is important.

I’m okay with Thoraipakkam / Perungudi / Kandanchavadi and surrounding areas if the PG is good
