How to buy dollars?

Since its illegal to buy dollars from the black market now, what are legal ways we can buy dollars online? 😪🙄

I have been trying to buy stuff online since late august and I have had no luck, even tried the times in the TG group (its legit just 1-2 mins when the payment window is open) and it has never been successful for me. As a small business owner I am struggling and since the BML issue is not getting fixed, does anyone know how to buy dollars and what the rates are now?
