USmle pathway as a NON US resident.

Hi! Im seeking help in gathering new info about whether to pursue MD pathway, year of graduation is 2023.
I took this long because of some medical emergenies at home, also got married in between.

How realistic it is to dream of being an MD🥹 (have 1 year clinical gap as well, overwall trying to work on my CV)
