X-Arcade's TV2VR-XR Max

Greetings, programs!
So I have limited space for a home arcade; one or two full size cabinets would seriously compromise the usability of my livingroom, so I'm tempted by X-Arcade's new platform for VR. A dozen pinball machines are easier to make space for when they're all digital.
But I gather there are Big Feelings about X-Arcade, and wanted to ping y'all for opinions. Does anybody have good or bad things to say about their new offering? Alternatives you'd choose if it were your money?
Thanks in advance, gamer lords.
