How to get hands-on training in ERCP, EUS and third-space endoscopy in Hyderabad?

I’m currently pursuing DrNB Medical Gastroenterology in Hyderabad. My current centre has limited exposure to advanced therapeutic endoscopy, so I’m looking for ways to gain more experience, particularly in ERCP, EUS and third-space procedures (POEM, ESD, etc.).

Are there any centres or gastroenterologists in Hyderabad who allow trainees to observe, assist, or eventually get supervised hands-on exposure to these procedures?

I’d also appreciate recommendations for short-term observerships, workshops, fellowships or training programmes in Hyderabad or elsewhere in India that are genuinely useful for developing these skills.

For those who have trained in advanced endoscopy, I’d also love to know how you went about getting adequate hands-on exposure during/after your GI training.
