Can't find the access to Natlan all of a sudden after starting the new Nod-crai archon quest

Hello fellow travelers.

I started with Natlan, naming the wingless rock dragon and left it to do the first act of the Nodcrai map.

When I finished it and came back, the access to the Natlan archon quest is now gone.

Any idea on what I did wrong? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
