Wisps and streaking

Should you rolled once to buy wisps, assuming you are winstreaking 4+, or should you save to level up aggressively (dont have silver augment for it but have/dont have blossom 3). Sometimes I winstreaking even 7+ and still mess up my econ so hard by buying wisp every round.
