damaged on arrival worth refund?
The seller was already very lovely and told me they could only ship later, which was fine, but it was two ceramic pieces, both the same.
They had been broken many times before and were glued back together but it was unnoticeable really, however when they arrived, the packaging was a small box, covered in fragile tape, with only paper inside. One of the pieces had its leg broken off.
They were only £5 and I feel bad letting them know it was broken, but I know I’d feel worse if I sold something that had broken upon arrival. Advice??
