So, it happened yesterday. I was at my neighbor’s place. There’s a lady in her 60s who sometimes asks me to help her with things (online bills, etc)., and she often offers me lunch and snacks too.

She generally lives alone, as her son and dil live elsewhere. I was sitting on the sofa when she went into the kitchen to bring me some snacks for me. She asked me to grab her phone from her room, but I got confused between her room and the other room. Her son and dilaw use the other room when they visit her.

When I got there, the other room’s door was half open and the lights were on, too. So I assumed that was the room she meant and went in to look for her phone. I didn’t know that her dil had come back to stay there because of her pregnancy.

Later, she came outside wearing her pjs. I explained to her and told her that I didn’t know she was staying there. It was awkward for both of us, but we decided not to tell her mil about what happened.
