What to do with the ice factory?

So my boyfriend bought an ice factory in Jhansi. He does not live there but travels sometimes. He bought that because it was on sale for dirt cheap. Reason- the only 1 man running the factory died of old age.

Now my bf does not know what to do with it. Like should he get a worker? If yes, how? Who would have the skill to run an ice factory?

Mostly he is looking to sell it off also. That seems more plausible. Anyone got leads for factory scrap management to sell off the machines and then the whole factory and maybe even land after that?

Or if anyone has leads on someone who wants to lease it?
