I think I’ve really messed up and I’m stressing out. Please help! (England)

I’m a carer for two adults and I became their appointee in October 2022. They have both been awarded ongoing enhanced rate. Now stupidly I thought this was the amount going into their account monthly (currently £458.40) but it wasn’t until I got chatting to a friend who also cares for somebody on enhanced rate that told me this should actually be £778.40!! I have checked their letters and it does say clearly they have been awarded £194.60 a week. I think this has been going on since I took over as appointee. I feel horrible this has happened as I’m the one who should be looking out for them. Obviously PIP helpline is closed over weekend and I’m beside myself with guilt and stress. Any advice or experiences would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
