My ex called me a loser

My ex called me a loser and thinks I am a loser, as she’s good in studies and doing mbbs from Russia, I feel so bad as I am not good in studies from childhood and procrastinate things and I was starting a business which I stopped mid way, I feel so bad as she called me a loser and she even posted a story yesterday about me where she was calling me a terrible loser, I want to do smth I don’t want that tag I am so demotivated I want her to see me as winner
