So what Happens during the Singularity?

It’s obvious there will be negative consequences from AGI/ASI (whatever you want to call it). Most of what I see online is pure doomer messaging, and I’m looking for the other side of the conversation.
Assuming Advanced AI arrives in the coming years (not quite here yet, but close), what are the real, concrete ways humanity benefits?
I’m talking about looking years into the future and asking: what do we actually gain? How does daily life, science, health, work, creativity, or society improve once we cross that threshold?
