Macro: Has AI radically impacted your life and forced you to transition in some major way? Threatened your business, career, and forced a pivot? Impacted close family? I'm curious to hear people's stories of massive, life altering decisions or experiences that have come about due to AIs advent.

AIs impact on society has been fascinating to me. It makes me remember learning about the industrial revolution and that, while we often look back at that period and console ourselves with the platitude, "Well it was a necessary transition phase," that was an extremely difficult period to live through with radical change that upended human life as we knew it.

I believe we're seeing a lot of similar trends with the advances we've seen in AI and how they've trickled out to people's day to day lives. Career goals have to be reconsidered. Majors have to be evaluated for survivability in the modern job marketplace. A college career, which takes 4 yrs to acquire, has to be weighed against the backdrop of a world that can change radically in 6 months.
