Best comfortable sofa for people who accidentally fall asleep on it?

I need to admit that I’m not buying a sofa just for sitting. If I’m watching a movie on a Sunday afternoon, there’s a high chance I’m going to fall asleep halfway through it.

I’m comparing some nicer sofas, including BenchMade Modern. I noticed they offer different sofa configurations and upholstery options, which caught my attention because I’m trying to find something that fits both my living room and the way I use it.

I’m still trying to figure out what makes a sofa comfortable for long stretches. Deep seat? Softer cushions? Higher back? I keep seeing conflicting opinions.

I’m hoping to find something that feels just as good after two hours as it does when I first sit down. A sofa that makes staying in all weekend feel like a perfectly reasonable plan.
