They arrived so i just prepped them and i will review them once they are fully frozen. i tasted both bases before freezing and these are my observations

Blue cotton candy: OMG i am so happy i finally found theee EXACT cotton candy flavor ive been looking for which is the one that thriftys cotton candy icecream tastes like, its a very specific nostalgic classic icecream shop flavor that thriftys cotton candy icecream tastes like. very very happy and i trust this one. Tastes exactly like thriftys cotton candy or baskin robins since those are both the OG classic oldschool cotton candy icecreams. at 5g of the flavor fountain i could taste it very well so it’s good but i just upped it to 8g just to be safe since the freezing and it being cold can sometimes dull flavors.

Cake batter: Hmm ok it smells like the mccormick cake batter extract but less like pungent strong like more smooth. I tasted the batter at 5g of it and idk if it cause i was drinking juice while making these but i couldn’t rlly taste the flavor like it almost kinda disappeared. so i went to 10g total for it and i think i started to be able to actually taste it i honestly forgot LMAO but we will still see once it’s fully frozen and spun! i’m a little iffy on the cake batter a little scared i hope it doesn’t disappoint.

My plain base recipe for all my creamis.
400ml milk 50
40g monkfruit/allulose blend 1:1 sweetener
0.8g xanthan gum
0.5g salt
8-10g flavor fountain
\-used 8g for blue cotton candy and 10g for cake batter
