Concerned on my PCs performance

Hey everyone! I currently have a pretty beefy PC setup, I'm running a Ryzen 7 7700x, 32gb of RAM, and an RX 7900 XT. I've been looking at comparison videos of possibly looking into buying a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, which I know will make a huge difference, but I noticed something strange. A lot of comparison videos show CS2 gameplay, and I'm and avid CS2 player myself, and I only see myself getting 240-280 FPS on 1440p (I'm on a 300hz monitor). However, in every video Ive seen that shows they're using the 7900xt with the 7700x, on 1440p they manage about 340-400 FPS, and I'm not quite sure why my FPS is so much lower. My cooler is a few years old, maybe 3 now, so maybe that could be the issue? I'm not quite sure though, please let me know what you all think and what I should do, or what the smartest choice would be. Thanks!
