Buy a Website for $88/Year and Resell It for $300+

I found a pretty simple way to make some money with websites and figured I'd share it.

Basically, I can get a complete website package for $88 for the whole year. It includes the domain, hosting and a 5-page website.

The idea is to find small businesses that don't have a decent website and sell them the website for more than the $88 cost.

For example, you could spend $88 and sell it for $300–$500 depending on the business and what they need. Obviously there's no guarantee you'll make that much — the main part is actually finding clients.

The package includes:

• Domain — 1 year
• Hosting — 1 year
• 5-page website
• Mobile-friendly design
• Setup

I'm mainly sharing this because I think the website flipping/reselling model is pretty interesting for someone who doesn't want to build websites from scratch.

If anyone wants to check out the package or see an example of the website, feel free to DM me.
