what if I accidentally include a Liberty Cap look-alike?

I always triple-check every mushroom I pick. However, what if I accidentally include a Liberty Cap look-alike? Let's say that out of 200 mushrooms, one is the wrong species. How dangerous could that be? Would it just cause gastrointestinal issues, or could it lead to serious poisoning?
