Is my meshpocket fried?? help!
So, this is a really stupid story, save your keyboards calling me stupid in replies.
The firmware on my meshpocket was really old, but the guy who gave it to me lost the cable.
So I tried a BLE update, but it half-completed and soft-bricked the device.
So I knew I really needed the cable now. I cut a usb-c cable and put the wires up to the pads.
Except I might have reversed them or something? looking at pinouts from board images, I don't think I was wrong.
Now I have a seeed studio magnet connector for the T1000E, and plugging it in, it refuses to even enumerate in linux.
I imagine the pinout is the same. Is it? Did I fry it? How do I fix it if I did? Are replacement parts available? Help!
Worth mentioning that seeed with the t1000e says that "using ble ota can render the device completely dead" which I assumed means soft-bricked but perhaps means hard-bricked.
Or perhaps I overwrote the bootloader, I can dig out my uart adapter to flash one if needed.
