My Text to the Support:
I wanted to play WoW Classic Hardcore after seeing a YouTuber play this mode. After I started the game and created a character, the game kept crashing over and over again. After spending 30 minutes fixing it and finally being able to play, I had three more crashes within the next 1 1/2 hours. I’ve had enough and want a refund for the subscription and to have it deactivated. I really don’t feel like investing hours into a character just to lose it due to a crash. Please make sure your game runs better. I’m really disappointed since about a year ago everything worked fine on the same PC.

Support Anwser:

Hello!

On our “Item Restoration” page, you can restore items that were sold, destroyed, or disenchanted. Restored items will be sent to your character’s mailbox.
You can find this service here: [https://battle.net/support/restoration/](https://battle.net/support/restoration/)

Before restoring items:

* If you also deleted the character that had the items, restore that character first.
* If you disenchanted or scrapped an item, make sure you have the crafting materials you received, as they will be taken back in exchange for the restored item. Gear disenchanted in a raid group cannot be traded, even if restored within two hours.
* If you lost a pet, mount, or heirloom, first check your Collections tab or log in with the character that originally obtained the item.

You cannot restore items if:

* You do not have any playtime or an active subscription.
* Your account is suspended or banned.

Items that cannot be restored include:

* Items destroyed during your current play session (until you log out — speak to a vendor and check the “Buyback” tab to repurchase up to the last 12 items sold since login).
* Stackable crafting materials and quest items.
* Consumables (reagents, potions, food).
* Collection items (pets, mounts, heirlooms) that are already added to your collection.
* Temporary items such as holiday event items.
* Items traded to another character, sent via mail, or sold on the auction house.
* Items destroyed before a character transfer or faction change.

If you have checked everything and still cannot restore your item, it means the item has been deleted from our database.

In general: the higher the item quality and level, the longer it remains restorable. For example, a common (white) item may only be restorable for one day, while an epic item may be restorable for up to 30 days.

Customer support cannot assist in bypassing these limitations and cannot restore items manually.

Thank you for your understanding.

Blizzard's stupid AI support doesn't understand my request, and I have no way to get my money back. If anyone knows a way, please post it here. [More info in the image and below the post + Translation]
