how do you dress alt if you live in a country where being alt isnt accessible😭

im really broke so the only place i can afford to shop from is shein but ive never done it because... well its shein

ive been trying to dress more alternative but i have no idea where to shop from and my wardrobe has absolutely NO pieces that are even remotely alterantive so idk how to diy my own clothes from them😭

regarding thrift stores, well there is one in my area but the clothes there are not my style at all, and apps like vinted and depop are a big no bc they all mostly ship from the us and i live far away so shipping charges are crazy
