What is your favourite film from each decade?

Hey everyone! I'm trying to watch more films from various decades, with an aim for anything from the 80s before as most films I've watched are either 90s or post-2000s. But thought this poses a great question as to what your favourite films from each of the decades? Hopefully gives myself and plenty of others recommendations of films. Open to any and all genres. :)
