can’t receive money

for context, i’m an online seller.
my buyer sent me money through pnb instapay. kaninang 2pm niya pa sinend and hanggang ngayon wala pang nadating sa gcash ko. tumawag na si buyer sa pnb and they said that the transfer was successful and there’s no problem with instapay right now so he told me to check my gcash.
my sister tried sending me money through maribank and ang nakalagay ay:

narefund yung pera ng sister ko pero yung sa buyer ko hindi

help po please :(( what should i do in this situation. i’m so stressed right now.
