A few character questions

I have Austin Bionic Redneck 6gold, Austin the Alliance 6gold, and HHH Rex Regum 6silver. Are they worth building up and what's the best moveset for them? I don't have a lot of good straps and medals but are there any specifically to use with them? Thanks.
