CCJ scam or is this real?

Email header is URGENT LEGAL NOTICE – IMMINENT COURT PROCEEDINGS REGARDING OUTSTANDING DEBTS

The email starts with simply good morning, no mention of my name or anything.

I’m unsure if this is a scam or not? I received this at 9:18 am on a Saturday (which in itself is weird to me) about outstanding debts however all outstanding debts are either up to date or there’s been communication with the company to arrange the day I will pay.

There’s no mention of what company, what amount or anything. It seems so vague, is this real?

It came from someone with the email (name).national.debt.recovery@gmail.com
